The Jacksonville Jaguars (0-2) are hosting the Houston Texans (1-1) to see if there’s anything to salvage of this season. Jalen Ramsey wants to be traded. The backup quarterback is promising, but he’s learning. The organization is crumbling around us.

Everything feels off with the Jalen Ramsey situation going on, but I have a strange feeling the Jaguars are going to control this game and win by a small margin. Even though it’s still early in the season, this is a must-win game to avoid starting 0-3 overall and 0-2 in the division. I expect another defensive battle with the Jags getting a late score and defense holding strong to get the victory. The Jags simply have not been able to beat the Titans the past couple of seasons, but I think that changes tonight. This is nothing more than a gut feeling from me.

Enough has been said about Jalen. My concern is the Jaguars front four vs the Titans offensive line. Keep Henry parallel, make Mariota throw, and this game is for the taking. Mariota excels against the blitz, so Wash has to be smart in his schemes. Own this and I see Minshew being capable of making enough plays to win.
Titan hate comes first. For one night we need to put the Ramsey division on the shelf. The crowd will be critical.
Oh, and if the Jaguars lose this game I’m blaming Alfie and his pro black pants lobbyists.
Bold prediction: Minshew and Chark connect for two scores.
