We’ve hit the halfway point of the 2019 NFL Combine, which means it’s time to turn our focus to the defensive prospects. The Detroit Lions are going to paying very close attention as the front-seven players take the field on Sunday morning. Detroit could pretty much use some help at any position in the front seven, but especially the edge defenders, who will be on full display today.
Will some of best NFL prospects solidify their stock in the top five of the draft order, therefore making it tough for Detroit to get a crack at them? Will someone emerge from the middle of the pack to potential first-round stock? How will guys with athletic questions like Clelin Ferrell measure out?
