Teams are trimming rosters as they get ready for full-squad camps. Bunch of undrafted free agents who expected to be with teams instead are in limbo. #AZCardinals have released TE/FB Parker Houston (San Diego St), who was hoping to make an impression as a utility guy.

With most veterans reporting Tuesday, there figure to be many more. Another part of the NFL’s new reality for 2020. https://t.co/aLAaUkSRib

Besides Chase Young, which WFT rookie intrigues you most entering camp and why? Write-in other names as needed.

The history books will remember the work they do on the field. The D.C. communities they touch will remember them for what they gave off the field. @iv_jimmy x @94yne pic.twitter.com/Uzjj69dV33

Vets making $4M and $9M a year likely get squeezed out of the NFL or way down. Teams will restructure star players contracts to create cap room by converting salary to a signing bonus. https://t.co/ZkAGDGFIGp

In 1998, a 61-year old Bobby Beathard sent a 1999 1st round pick to move up for Ryan Leaf.
— Football Perspective (@fbgchase) July 26, 2020
He then sent San Diego's *2000* 1st round pick to TB for the **59th** pick in the '98 Draft, for TE/WR Mikhael Ricks.
Both Beathard and Ricks were out of SD by the end of 2000.
The Saints sent the 67th pick and next year's 2nd rounder to move up to draft Alvin Kamara with that same 59th pick in '18. Which was a LOT, tempered ofc by how great Kamara's been.
— Football Perspective (@fbgchase) July 26, 2020
Imagine if they'd instead traded their 2020 1st... and it turned out the 13th overall!
Nope! Just 100-71.

Emilio Bonifacio was at 2nd base with nobody out. He was pinch running and representing the tying run. Why would he have tried to steal 3rd base with nobody out?

Crippled the #Nats 9th inning rally.
Frustrating loss for the #Nats. Fall to 1-2.

- Quick hook of Corbin backfired
- Newcomers all struggled in big spots
- Harris blew a lead by allowing HR
- Castro, Thames K'd with chances to tie
- Bonifacio's egregious mistake in the 9th
