When a report from NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport noted late Thursday evening that the Pittsburgh Steelers were close to dealing Antonio Brown to the Buffalo Bills, the sports world went wild. We’re glad to know that we aren’t alone. Brown took to social media himself minutes after the report broke — calling it “fake news.” Oh boy, this just got a whole lot more interesting. Needless to say, Brown likely wasn’t happy about the idea of spending his winters in Western New York. Whether this is him lashing out remains to be seen. But it is important to note that no deal can be made official until the start of the new league year on March 13. Anything that’s reported until then can’t be confirmed. In the mean time, get your popcorn ready.
