These Conditions shall, collectively with the
Proposal issued to you through us describing the Services, represent the total settlement
between you and NFL Slash.
2. The Services
We will grant the Services to You all through
the term. For us to supply the level of service proposed we will require to

4. Cancellation of Services through You
If you desire to cancel the receipt of the
Services provided by NFL Slash, you must supply notice of your intention to do

Term or Additional Term ends. If you do no longer supply ample note to cancel
the Services, an Additional Term will mechanically apply, so it is essential

Services transfers to another business, you will remain liable for the Agreed
Budget Charges for the remainder of the term until we consent to the novation
of this agreement to the new owner. If you notify us that you have closed the
Site(s) receiving the Services and no longer have an interest in receiving the
Services we shall be entitled to elect to terminate this agreement with
immediate effect. If we do so, we shall be authorized to issue you with an
invoice for the balance of the Charges that would have fallen due over the
remainder of the Initial Term or Additional Term (as applicable).
7. Our Liability
We shall now not be in charge to you for any
harm to software, damage to or loss of data, loss of profit, anticipated
profits, revenues, predicted savings, goodwill or commercial enterprise
opportunity, for any consequential loss. Our mixture legal responsibility to
You in appreciate of any claims primarily based on occasions in any 12-month

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This settlement and any dispute or claim

non-contractual disputes or claims shall be governed through English Law, and
the parties submit to the distinctive jurisdiction of the courts of England to
settle any such dispute or claim.
