Day 4 of Seattle Seahawks 2019 training camp is complete, and for the first time the players got to sport their shoulder pads. Obviously this is yet another sign that the NFL regular season is nearly upon us.
As for highlights from Monday’s session, it’s centered largely around the pass-catchers. Plenty of TE and WR drills shown, and yes, you do get to see a dime of a deep ball from Russell Wilson to DK Metcalf, who makes a nice grab with Akeem King in coverage. On the defensive side of the ball, Ugo Amadi showed off some good ball skills by picking off a Paxton Lynch screen pass intended for Chris Carson. Apparently this was returned for a touchdown, so at least we know Lynch can throw touchdowns.
