Scout the Lions’ Week 3 opponent here.
Come one, come all. Let’s all sit by the fireside and watch some chill NFL football will sipping on a warm mug of Honolulu Blue cider. The Detroit Lions are winners and sit just a half game behind the Green Bay Packers for the lead in the NFC North. All is good for one week and we take those weeks when we can get them.
Sunday night also presents a fun early scouting opportunity for Lions fans. The Philadelphia Eagles are in action tonight, and that just so happens to be the Lions’ Week 3 opponent. A win on the road in Philly would be huge, but how big of a challenge will the Eagles be?
They’ll face off against the Atlanta Falcons, who were thoroughly beaten by the Vikings in Week 1. They’ll look to rebound in a big way, because two losses in the conference is a big hole to put yourself in to start the year.
So sit back, relax, and enjoy some football, and bask in some happy times—even if the Bears got handed a win by the refs.
