Oh how time flies! After a spring that seemingly lasted two whole years we are already in the second week of NFL regular season action — a week that will be kicked off tonight. The first “real” Thursday Night Football game of the season will be played between two AFC North teams who both lost their respective opening day matchups. The excitement is palpable!
With that said, here’s how you can watch the game or who to root for.
Cincinnati Bengals (0-1) at Cleveland Browns (0-1)
When: 8:20 p.m. ET
Where: FirstEnergy Stadium, Cleveland OH
Television: NFL Network
Live streaming: fuboTV (Sign up here!)
SB Nation coverage: Cincy Jungle (Bengals), Dawgs By Nature (Browns)
Patriots rooting guide: Go good game! Yeah, there’s not really a team to root for tonight from New England’s perspective. You could go with the Bengals, just because it would increase the chances of the Browns blowing things up before the trade deadline and moving some of their players — *cough* Odell Beckham Jr. *cough* — but from a pure standings consideration or when it comes to future draft picks the game has no real impact on the Patriots. So the best everybody should hope for is a good, injury-free contest.
