Here are the inactives for the Los Angeles Rams today:
- C Brian Allen (1st time inactive)
- ILB Mark Barron (3rd)
- DL Sebastian Joseph-Day (3rd)
- RB John Kelly (3rd)
- DL Tanzel Smart (3rd)
- OLB Trevon Young (3rd)
- K Greg Zuerlein (1st)
Only real surprise here is Allen. In Week 1, QB Brandon Allen and RB Justin Davis were inactive along with the five threepeats. In Week 2, it was Allen and WR Mike Thomas. Allen was dropped to the practice squad this week and Thomas placed on IR.
We’ll have to see how this changes moving forward with other personnel moves and the eventual returns of Barron and Zuerlein.
Here’s the Los Angeles Chargers’ inactives:
- RT Joe Barksdale
- WR Travis Benjamin
- DE Joey Bosa
- LB Emmanuel Ellerbee
- G Forrest Lamp
- DT T.Y. McGill
- C Cole Toner
Benjamin is the only one of three Chargers listed QUESTIONABLE on the final injury report not going today, the others being FB Derek Watt and TE Antonio Gates.
