The first half of the New York Jets game against the Chicago Bears is in the books, and the Jets trail the Bears 7 - 3.
On offense the Jets couldn’t get anything going early, going three and out on their first two possessions. On defense the Jets couldn’t stop Chicago early as the Bears moved the ball at will, marching the ball right down the field on their 1st drive before missing a field goal, then scoring a touchdown on a 70 yard screen to Tarik Cohen.
The Jets answered with a long, 8+ minutes drive ending in a field goal for a 7-3 Bears lead. The teams then traded possessions with neither team doing much as the game evolved into a tight defensive struggle.
We go into the second half with the Jets down by only four points, looking to get themselves back to .500 and move into position to make a run at a playoff spot in the AFC.
Enjoy the second half everyone.
