Dolphins at Packers inactive players: Miami changing three offensive linemen

The Miami Dolphins will face the Green Bay Packers Sunday afternoon with 60 percent of their projected starting offensive line inactive for the contest. The team will be without guard Ted Larsen and both tackles, Laremy Tunsil and Ja’Wuan James, the team announced.

The three linemen join quarterback Ryan Tannehill and defensive end Charles Harris on the sidelines due to injury. Miami also ruled out defensive end Jonathan Woodard and tight end Durham Smythe.

Zach Sterup will start in place of Tunsil as the left tackle, while Sam Young will be at right tackle in James’ spot. Jake Brendel, who spent the first half of the season on injured reserve, will start at left guard for Larsen. Right guard Jesse Davis, the only opening day starter to play in every game now, will remain in the lineup along with center Travis Swanson. Swanson replaced Daniel Kilgore at center when the veteran was lost for the season earlier in the year.

The Packers ruled out quarterback Tim Boyle, wide receiver Randall Cobb, cornerback Kevin King, cornerback Will Redmond, safety Ibraheim Campbell, and offensive lineman Alex Light. Green Bay’s active roster currently only has 52 players on it, thus only six players being declared inactive. Equanimeous St. Brown will start for Cobb while Bashaud Breeland will start for King.
