We’re back for Week 11 football. The Seattle Seahawks host the Green Bay Packers on Thursday Night Football in a revival of what has been a fun rivalry in recent years. The game kicks off at 5:20 p.m. PT on NFL Network, with Joe Buck and Troy Aikman in the booth, and Erin Andrews and Kristina Pink on the sideline. You can also stream the game on Amazon Prime and listen to Hannah Storm and Andrea Kremer as an alternate audio option.
Both teams have four wins and are on the edge of the playoff picture. The Packers are 4-4-1, sitting a game back of the Minnesota Vikings for the second wild card berth, and roughly two games back of the Chicago Bears for the NFC North lead. The Seahawks are 4-5, and are roughly a game back of the Packers (the tie makes it a little messy). Seattle is 4.5 games back of the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC West, so they are playing for a wild card berth at best.
The Seahawks are a field goal favorite, according to sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark. You could have gotten them as 2.5 point favorites on Wednesday, but the hook is gone at this point. I’ll still take a field goal over 3.5 points, but the money spot was probably 2.5 points. I’ll pick the Seahawks, but I think at a field goal, a push is a very real possibility. But a push is always better than a gambling loss!
