Trey Quinn has arrived!
The Redskins are getting some help at WR. Trey Quinn has been activated from IR and will likely take over in the slot for Jamison Crowder who will probably miss his 6th straight game this week with an ankle injury. The rookie WR was placed on IR in Week 1 after suffering a high ankle sprain.

He has been practing with the team for the past few weeks, and Jay Gruden said he wanted him back on the field soon. Quinn is now ready to return to action at WR and on special teams. This move frees up Maurice Harris to play on the outside with Paul Richardson Jr. also on IR this year.
The Redskins also announced they have signed CB Joshua Holsey to their practice squad. He was activated from the PUP list, but the team waived him the next day. After clearing waivers, he returns to the team.
