Jordan Reed has every right to be furious, clear hit to the helmet and it goes uncalled. Has to be frustrating, especially for a guy with a history of concussions. pic.twitter.com/v6EBmS2qNW
— Mark Bullock (@MarkBullockNFL) November 23, 2018
So, uh, Santana Moss starting to look not so crazy for his conspiracy theory about the refs and the Skins...
— Chris Lingebach (@ChrisLingebach) November 23, 2018
1. McCoy facemask 2. Moses phantom hold. 3. Fabian Moreau phantom hold 4. Maurice Harris non call. 5. Jordan Reed helmet to helmet. All key missed calls at key moments of the game. The Jordan Reed missed call should get someone suspended

NFL officiating has been terrible this year. I won’t spend time completely blaming games on it. #Redskins have problems and question marks. Many.
— Emmanual Benton (@manny_benton) November 23, 2018
Hate blaming officials and I think there are a lot of other reasons why they lost starting with their tackling.
— Craig Hoffman (@CraigHoffman) November 23, 2018
With that said, it's really hard to win when you the biggest plays in the game seem slanted not your way. It's demoralizing. I don't know what you do as a player.
The Redskins can't run the ball anymore and they can't stop the run. Until that changes, it's going to be tough for them to win enough games to earn a playoff berth. That was evident after the 31-23 loss to the Dallas Cowboys that leaves the teams tied... https://t.co/uvVY436vO4

Forgot to note: Matt Ioannidis will get his calf injury checked out Friday. He walked out of the locker room with a big ice pack on his left calf.

This is TACKLE football not TOUCH!!!! Make the damn tackle!!! 2 pass receptions and 130 yards and 2 TDS!!! What the hell???? #WASvsDAL #HTTR #redskins
— Brian Mitchell (@BMitchliveNBCS) November 23, 2018
Fabian Moreau w the most disastrous missed tackle of his career.

— JP Finlay (@JPFinlayNBCS) November 23, 2018
The Redskins say Tent Williams was taken to the hospital for precautionary reasons. He was hit in the chest during the game and missed a play. It is unclear if he is being looked at for a possible chest injury

"The Redskins defense has thrived in creating takeaways, and the team could have really used one on Thanksgiving in Dallas."

“We lost the game on defense two weeks in a row. ...Thats why we don’t get respect as the #Redskins. We don’t do the simple shit right.” — an upset D.J. Swearinger after Thursday’s 31-23 loss in Dallas. pic.twitter.com/WPcY6Z9Aln

DJ Swearinger on...well...a lot.
— Craig Hoffman (@CraigHoffman) November 23, 2018
He discussed how embarrassed he is by the performance, what needs to be fixed and pointed non-specifically to an attitude adjustment that's needed by some in the building. pic.twitter.com/RubSeIAB3F
The #Redskins are 6-0 when scoring first.
— Jake Russell (@_JakeRussell) November 23, 2018
They're 0-5 when opponents score first.
Is it over? Hell no. We’ve got a much-needed mini bye and play a depleted Eagles team on Monday night. Cowboys face the meatgrinder that is the Saints in a week. This is all temporary. LFG

— JP Finlay (@JPFinlayNBCS) November 23, 2018
The #Redskins' defense did not play well enough to win todya either. Can't give up 31 points and win. Can't give up two TD passes of 40+. Can't allow nearly 200 to a receiver.
— Grant Paulsen (@granthpaulsen) November 23, 2018
Ezekiel Elliott rushed for 121 yards today. The #Redskins' early-season run-stuffing success feels like a long time ago. They are giving up almost 5 a pop in the last month.
— Grant Paulsen (@granthpaulsen) November 23, 2018
Notice #Redskins defensive effort falls short when the offense doesn’t run the ball. It’s because they are in the field all of the time. Gruden has to stop trying to be cute. Ugly was winning early and often.
— Lake Lewis Jr (@LakeLewis) November 23, 2018
Gruden says the decline of the running game starts with losing Scherff. He gives credit to Dallas’s front, too.
— Craig Hoffman (@CraigHoffman) November 23, 2018
Asked about the struggles for the run game, Gruden said he can’t pinpoint it. Also credits Elliott for being a great player
— JP Finlay (@JPFinlayNBCS) November 23, 2018
The key to this game was Colt McCoy finding a way to protect the football. He threw three interceptions and it could've easily been four if not for Josh Doctson breaking up one near-pick. Has to clean that up moving forward.
