Keep track of everything related to Cowboys vs. Giants in NFL Week 17 as Dallas visits the Giants on Sunday afternoon.
There is one game left in the regular season for the Dallas Cowboys, but since they are NFC East Champions we know there is at least one more game after that left on the football calendar.
Yes, the Cowboys clinched the NFL’s most storied division last week with a win at home against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. To wrap up the regular season they’ll head to the Big Apple for a meaningless date against the New York Giants.
The game is meaningless because the Cowboys are locked into the NFC’s fourth seed. Will they play their superstars? It’s fair to say that Ezekiel Elliott could use a rest. You never want to risk Tyron Smith or Zack Martin. If you’re resting them then it sure doesn’t seem smart to play Dak Prescott. Leighton Vander Esch, Jaylon Smith, and DeMarcus Lawrence all have cases to be put on ice as well.
Whoever the Cowboys trot out they’ll do so against Eli Manning, Saquon Barkley, and all the rest of the G-Men. While New York seems like they could in fact bring Manning back for another season, football is unpredictable so this could be the last time Dallas visits him in his own house. You just never know.
