Just add another trophy to the wall for #99
As if Los Angeles Rams DT Aaron Donald hasn’t already accomplished everything possible, here’s another accolade to add to the legendary season the five-time pro bowler is putting together:
Break @NFL record ➡️ NFC Defensive Player of the Week!

Aaron Donald put together a downright dominant performance in week 16 against the Arizona Cardinals in their home. He dominated to the tune of seven combined tackles, three sacks, and four tackles-for-loss.
Donald is now up to 19.5 sacks on the season, breaking both the all-time DT sack record and the single-season Rams sack record in week 16. Donald is now only 3.5 sacks away from breaking the all-time sack record which DE Michael Strahan set with his 22.5-sack season.
The Rams have now received eight of the player of the week awards, pulling awards on all three phases of the game. This is Donald’s second Defensive Player of the Week award as he also won the award in week seven.
Onto bigger and better things for #99.
