Death, taxes, and Raiders playing a home game in another country. Those have been certainties the past couple years, and near certainties for some time now. It is now official, the Raiders will once again host an international home game.
There will be 5 @NFL games played internationally in 2019 - 4 in London & 1 in Mexico City. Details to follow next spring, but the home teams are @Jaguars @Chargers @RamsNFL @Raiders @Buccaneers pic.twitter.com/bi0kDDy9yX

It is not for certain yet if that home game will be in London or Mexico City yet. The Raiders have played multiple times in both cities since 2014.
This season they played in London for the second time. The previous two seasons they played a home game in Mexico City.
What’s crazy here is the uncertainty of London or Mexico City is far more certain than where the Raiders will play the REST of their ‘home’ games in 2019.
The City of Oakland has filed an antitrust lawsuit against the Raiders, the NFL, and the rest of the league’s 31 teams. Mark Davis has said that if they were to go through with that lawsuit, he would not be playing in Oakland in 2019. There is no lease signed for Oakland-Alameda Coliseum for next season, giving the Raiders no obligation to stay.
There are complications no matter where they play and they are said to be mulling many options.
