The sensational rookie running back for the Lions is expected to miss his second straight game with injury.
The Los Angeles Rams may be able to avoid a stud rookie running back this week as Detroit Lions RB Kerryon Johnson is expected to miss another game with knee injury according to Kyle Meinke of MLive.

For the season, Johnson has 641 rushing yards on a 118 attempts (5.4 average) along with three rushing touchdowns. Through the air, Johnson has 32 receptions for 213 yards and a touchdown.
With Johnson out, LeGarrette Blount will earn a second straight start. Against the Chicago Bears last week, Blount rushed for 88 yards on 19 carries and got in the end zone twice.
While the Rams defense has been the butt of a lot of jokes, the Lions are definitely coming in very wounded which should give Aaron Donald and company a chance to dominate. Entering the season, this game was going to force Wade Phillips to contain Golden Tate, Marvin Jones Jr., Kenny Golladay, Kerryon Johnson, and Matt Stafford; now it is possible the Rams catch a break and only have to defend against two of those players.
