You don’t want to miss the Texans as they attempt to continue to defy history by winning their ninth game in a row after starting the season 0-3.
Although the Texans are currently sporting a two game lead in the AFC South, make no mistake: Sunday’s tilt against the Browns is massive. Not for the sake of continuing the winning streak (though that’d be cool), but for the sake of maintaining a multiple game cushion over Indianapolis with the Colts coming to NRG Stadium next weekend.
If the Texans beat the Browns, they’ll either remain two games up on the Colts (assuming the Colts beat the Jaguars on Sunday) or increase their lead to three games (should the Jaguars upset the Colts this week).
If the Browns beat the Texans this week, however, Week 14’s contest with the Colts takes on even greater importance for the AFC South crown.
First things first...we can talk about the Colts next week. For now, here’s what you need to know to catch the game against the Browns.
