Daily Links: Bolts are enjoying their time at the Pro Bowl

Your daily dose of Los Angeles Chargers news & notes from around the web.

Top 10 worst plays of the Chargers’ 2018 season - Tyler Schoon
The Chargers are frequent guests on many “Worst Plays of the NFL Season” lists, and this year is no exception. To their credit, these errors are not as egregious as some in years past (see: Benjamin, Travis), which is to be expected given the team went 12-4 in the regular season.

Chargers Feeling Right at Home at Pro Bowl - Chris Hayre
“To be able to share these moments with my brother at this point of our careers – to be able to be in the Pro Bowl together – it’s just an awesome feeling,” said Mike Pouncey, who earned his fourth trip to the NFL’s all-star game. “We’d rather have been in the Super Bowl, but to be able to share these moments – our hometown’s 30 minutes from here so our whole family will be over here (on Wednesday). We rented a nice big house for everybody to come hang out and enjoy our family vacation here.”

FCS offensive tackle prospect could be a great fit for Chargers - Gavino Borquez
His athleticism immediately stand out in pass protection. Howard moves well, showing quick footwork to mirror opponents and the ability to handle speed. He has a decent anchor when he gets his hands on defenders, but he has the tendency to wind up his arms at times, allowing edge rushers to take full advantage of them not being set.

2019 Free Agency Profile: Denzel Perryman - PFF Analysis Team
Perryman is at best a quality depth piece at off-ball linebacker and should get paid as such on the open market. He’ll need to prove otherwise on a low-end deal to warrant a bigger role or bigger paycheck in the near future.

Philip Rivers Says He Has 'Year by Year' Mentality in Regard to NFL Future - Paul Kasabian
Via Eric D. Williams of ESPN, the GM said the following: "I can tell you he's not going anywhere, so he's going to be here. We'll talk at the right point, as far as the moves we need to make in the offseason, the resources we have and how it all fits in. But yeah, he's not going anywhere."
