Raiders final first round pick tumble stops at 27 as top seeds sweep Divisional round

All Raiders picks in the top three rounds are now set.

The Divisional round of the playoffs is over. It had no surprises with all four of the top seeds winning their games to advance to the Conference Championships. We also finally know where the Raiders will be selecting all three of their first round picks in April’s draft.

The final result had to wait until the very end of the last game, because it depended on the result between the Eagles and Saints in New Orleans.

In the final two minutes of the game, the Saints were up by six point and the Eagles had the ball. Nick Foles threw over the middle for Alshon Jeffrey and the ball went right through his hands and into the waiting arms of Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore to seal the win.

The loss by the Eagles locked in their draft position at 25 overall. The Colts lost to the Chiefs on Saturday giving them the 26th overall pick. The Raiders own the Cowboys pick so they were waiting for them to exit the playoffs to stop the pick from dropping. They too lost on Saturday to the Rams, and with the Eagles loss it locked that pick in at 27 overall.

Here is the final Raiders draft order for the first three rounds according to tankathon.com.

Round 1, pick 4

Round 1, pick 24 (from CHI)

Round 1, pick 27 (from DAL)

Round 2, pick 35

Round 3, pick 66

Picks in rounds 4-7 will change drastically following announcement of compensatory picks.
