I have always been a big fan of Dan Kadar’s work, but I like him even more after his newest mock draft that dropped yesterday. This time he went 3 full rounds, and I’ll be honest, I would be thrilled if the Titans came away with these 3 rounds. This draft gives the Titans two potential stars with their first two picks.
In the first round he has the Titans taking Jachai Polite, EDGE, Florida. His comments:
Polite is just too good of a prospect to let drop further than the 19th pick. The Titans may prioritize a position ahead of edge rusher, but it’s hard to argue Polite’s value. He can line up opposite Harold Landry and give Tennessee a good young pair of pass rushers.
The thought of Landry on one side and Polite on the other has the chance to terrify opposing quarterbacks for the next decade or so. I love that.
In the second round, Dan has the Titans taking N’Keal Harry, WR, Arizona State. Do yourself a favor and go watch some highlights from Harry. I think you can make the case that he is the best receiver in the draft. This would be a STEAL for the Titans at pick 51.
Kadar gave the Titans Connor McGovern, G, Penn State in the third round. I don’t know anything about McGovern, but iOL is a big need for the Titans this offseason. Find the best guy there in the middle rounds and turn him into a good player.
How would you feel about this draft for the Titans?
