The NFL is counting down its top 20 games of the 2018 season, and the Seattle Seahawks are included at least once.
Tonight (February 11th) at 8 PM ET on NFL Network, a full replay of the Seahawks’ incredible 38-31 win over the Kansas City Chiefs will be broadcast. That win doubled as both a playoff-clincher for the Seahawks, as well as what stands to date as the largest margin of defeat for the Chiefs in the Patrick Mahomes era. In fact, this was the only game all season in which the Chiefs did not have a lead in the 4th quarter.

Mahomes may have been the rightful league MVP winner, and he certainly had some “How the HELL did he do that?” plays against the Seahawks defense, but Russell Wilson was the star of the show. He was 18/29 for 271 yards, 3 touchdowns, 57 yards rushing, and zero turnovers.
Perhaps what I liked most about this game was that while the Seahawks could’ve easily tried closing things out by going conservative in the 4th quarter and spamming Chris Carson runs to set up “3rd and manageable.” Frankly, it’s what I expected out of Pete Carroll and Brian Schottenheimer. Instead, Schotty let Russell Wilson air it out. And the Chiefs couldn’t do a damn thing about it.
WOW.@DangeRussWilson makes the prettiest throws
