Jon Robinson was asked about the possibility of Kenny Vaccaro re-signing with the Titans today at the 2019 NFL Combine. Here is part of what he had to say:

We have long said here that there isn’t a scenario where both Vaccaro and Johnathan Cyrpien are both on the roster in 2019. That is what Robinson is getting at if you read between the lines when he is talking about a lot of things to work through at the safety position.
Of course the cost always plays into these things, but I would much prefer to have Vaccaro on this team over Cyprien. Vaccaro just brings so much more to the table. Combining him with Kevin Byard gives the Titans one of the better safety tandems in the NFL.
Robinson was also asked about Jack Conklin or Dennis Kelly being moved inside to play guard. He said both guys are primarily tackles (which we already knew).
We will have more on Robinson’s press conference later this afternoon here and on Locked On Titans.
