Since his debut in the league, Kerry Wynn has known only one home in the NFL with the New York Giants.
On Thursday, Wynn decided to take his talents elsewhere, as the 28-year old defensive end is signing a one-year deal with the Cincinnati Bengals. His signing in Cincinnati comes less than 24 hours after he made a free agent visit with the team.
Wynn joins Paul Anarumo in Cincinnati, who was the Giants defensive backs coach and is now the Bengals defensive coordinator.
Wynn initially came to the Giants back in 2014 as an undrafted free agent from Richmond and played in five games.
Wynn saw an increase in playing time and his role expanded when he was used more on special teams to go along with playing on the defensive line.
In 2018, Wynn made 39 total tackles with 1.5 sacks in 14 games with five starts. In five years, he had 4.5 sacks and 83 totals tackles in 63 games.
