Without further ado, I bring to you, Gang Green Nation’s Highlight Reel for the past week:

Top Fanposts:

Penn or Kalil?

Gosh Darnold contemplates whether we should sign either of them to improve the O-line.

Outside of the box trade back idea

Rampantjet22 discusses a trade back with the Giants.

Lehigh Valley Jets fans?

Beavis & Buttfumble is on the lookout for Jets fans in the area.

Draft Wishlist post Leveon signing

Stand Up Guy discusses his strategy to improve the team around Leveon Bell.

Top Comments:

On the new look LB group:

Darron will be moved to OLB

Darron will be moved to OLB where he can use his speed to rush the passer. Jenkins, Williamson, Mosley, and Lee will be an excellent LB core.

-Coach0607

On the Brandon Poole signing:

I’ve always been clamoring for this guy

I think it’s an under the radar signing that will definitely help the pass D

-krunchy313

On the value of Buster Skrine:

you cant sleep on Skrine for long since you will be awaken by the whistle of a holding penalty

-titansfanonce

On not getting Morse or Paradis:

Morse contract was crazy high

And, if Paradis physical was an issue, I have no issues passing on both. My point is that you can disagree on these moves, but they are far from “idiot” or “unacceptable” level. Meanwhile, he got us ko, who was not on anyone’s radar that I was aware of and has potential to be a big upgrade over Carpenter. Like I said, I wish we drafted more linemen and had a pipeline, but it’s not the apocalyptic scenario that it is often painted around here.

-GreenPapa

On Le’Veon Bell’s running style:

Curtis Martin II

Not flashy, won’t snap off HR runs. But finds cracks and slivers to exploit ordinary humans can’t see. Finds ways to produce against all odds.

-Crackback

On Le’Veon Bell’s performance against the Jags:

That Divisional game against Jacksonville was one of the greatest performances I’ve ever seen by a player in a loss

-whydoesgodhateus

On what Fitzpatrick brings to the Dolphins:

Fitz knows exactly where he’s going to throw the ball before the snap.

It’s frequently a horrible decision, but darn it he knows where he’s going to throw the ball.

-John B

On potentially trading Lee:

Agreed

If we can Trade Lee and get an offer of a 3rd Rder I’d be Shocked and Ecstatic. 4th Rder, I’d expect. 5th Rder What the hell, keep him.

-yowizeguy

On who’s the better back, Bell or Conner:

Bell five years ago

Was better than Conner last year. Conner now is a better runner than Bell. In receiving ability I’d agree with you, but Conner isn’t a bad receiver either. I think Conner had about 500 yards receiving last year in an offense that had a lot of mouths to feed.

-ElJamoquio

On Bell’s 2017 performance:

1946 yards with 85 catches in 15 games in 2017, pathetic.

-Nanananananana
