The bench press drill begins today, and we wrap up with coach and GM pressers as well.
After the excitement of seeing Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur and general manager Brian Gutekunst speak at the 2019 NFL Combine on Wednesday, the event continues on today. Thursday’s events feature additional coach and GM pressers, but a few of the main events of the week begin today: player media availability and the bench press.
The first batch of players in town are the running backs, offensive linemen, and special teams players, and they will all speak to the media this afternoon. Different groups alternate their time between the podiums and the bench press, where they will perform as many reps as possible with 225 pounds of weight.
