The Jets are adding nickel corner Brian Poole according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Cornerback Brian Poole agreed to a 1-year deal with the Jets for $3.5 million, per source. Poole was not tendered by the Falcons - rare for a player not tender to actually get more than the tender.

SB Nation’s The Falcoholic had this to say when the Falcons did not offer a contract to Poole:
Brian Poole has been an integral piece on the Falcons’ defense since he signed as an undrafted free agent out of Florida in 2016. As Atlanta’s primary nickel corner he recorded four interceptions, recovered four fumbles, and logged five sacks — typically of the punishing variety.
The ascension of Damontae Kazee last season made Poole somewhat expendable, but I’ll concede that this one surprises me a bit. Brian Poole may not have been the best in coverage, but he was an adept blitzer and added a degree of physicality to the defense.
Poole will likely compete with Parry Nickerson for the slot corner job.
