Report: NFL investigating alleged incidents surrounding Giants' Jabrill Peppers

The New York Giants’ decision to trade Odell Beckham Jr. to the Cleveland Browns for a package including former first-round pick Jabrill Peppers is already under scrutiny. New York added first- and third-round picks as well as the young safety in a deal that seemingly came out of left field. It represented general manager David Gettleman and Co. selling low on what should’ve been a robust trade market. Now comes this loaded report from Scott Noll of WEWS in Cleveland indicating that the NFL has requested information from the local police department regarding multiple potential incidents surrounding Peppers. According to a report from the local ABC News affiliate in Cleveland, Peppers had a gun stolen out of his SUV.
