Look: Chargers Announce Powder Blue Jerseys as Primary Uniforms for 2019 Season - Tyler Conway
The Chargers wore the so-called powder blues from 1960-73 before gradually making the switch to a darker blue color. Although the powder blues haven't been the Chargers' primary jerseys for nearly 50 years, they have remained a consistent favorite, with many fans calling on the franchise to make the change permanent.
Three-round 2019 NFL Mock Draft - Kiper, McShay go head-to-head - ESPN
The ground rules are simple: alternate picks; no trades; no deals that say "I won't take Player X if you don't take Player Y." It's "This is whom I'd take" at every slot on the board for three full rounds. McShay kicks us off with the Cardinals.
The NFL's best red-zone cornerbacks in 2018 - Ben Cooper
Davis quietly put together an impressive 2018 from the red-zone and beyond. In that area of the field, he was one of only three cornerbacks who saw nine or more targets and didn’t give up a touchdown. And among cornerbacks with eight or more red-zone targets, he notched the fourth-best passer rating when targeted (42.4). He wasn’t flashy, finishing the year without an interception on nearly 500 coverage snaps, but he got the job done by not allowing any his opposition to reel in any of his four contested red-zone targets.
All-Trades 2019 NFL Mock Draft: Barnwell proposes 32 wild deals - Bill Barnwell
At this price, L.A. would value Rosen as worth the 61st pick in a typical draft, which seems like the low end for a guy who was the 10th overall pick in 2018. With Tyrod Taylor's contract nonguaranteed in 2020, trading for Rosen is a move the Chargers would have to seriously consider.
2019 NFL draft: 1 cornerback in every round for the Chargers - Gavino Borquez
Murphy was named first-team All-American by Pro Football Focus, and was also first-team All-Pac-12 and an AP second-team All-American. In 20 games for the Huskies, Murphy had six interceptions and 20 passes defensed. He returned one of his picks for a touchdown.
