There is a new era in Green Bay being led by Matt LaFleur, and the first-time head coach is excited about his opportunity to lead a team. LaFleur sent a tweet on Monday after his first day of spring workouts saying how honored he was to lead the team. LaFleur definitely seems optimistic about his opportunity. The 39-year-old has been an offensive assistant coach for most of his coaching career. He has served as a quarterbacks coach and then became an offensive coordinator, working for the Rams in 2017 and the Titans last season. His connections to Sean McVay played a big role in his attractiveness to the Packers. The Packers will begin the 2019 season with a new head coach after being led by Mike McCarthy the past 13 seasons. Fans are looking forward to the change.
