This week, our listeners were curious about the long-term viability of Andy Dalton and A.J. Green, the likelihood of Gerald McCoy choosing the Bengals in a last-minute deal, as well as the outlook of Lou Anarumo’s defense and more!
As Bengals OTAs continue, more and more positive news seems to be emerging from the sessions. It’s truly a “New Dey” in Cincinnati, based on reports of Zac Taylor’s coaching style and the structure of practices.
However, the Bengals’ quarterback situation is still tenuous. Aside from trepidation surrounding Andy Dalton’s long-term viability in Taylor’s system, the backup quarterback duo of Ryan Finley and Jeff Driskel are struggling. What should the team do if this continues?
Also, just when you think former Bengals’ figureheads Marvin Lewis and Carson Palmer have faded into history, both have made some interesting comments lately. What do we make of these subtle jabs and should they be even more motivation for the team’s ownership to change its way?
We’ll also be doing another standalone listener questions show soon, so get those to us!
