I just can’t.
Here we go again. Or rather still. Once again, Antonio Brown can’t let this helmet shit go. He wants to have his way and that’s all there is to it. He wants to wear his old helmet and so he is filing a another grievance with the NFL to try and get to wear it.
Raiders’ WR Antonio Brown filed a new grievance against the NFL in an attempt to be able to wear the helmet he wants, per source.

This time he is asking the league to allow him a one year grace period which he claims he wasn’t afforded.
Source: #Raiders WR Antonio Briwn has filed another grievance against the NFL, arguing that he should be afforded the same right provided to other NFL players to have a 1-year grace period to phase out his helmet in 2019 season. He claims the NFL is arbitrarily applying rules.

Brown was given the same one-year grace period as every other NFL player prior to last season. So, essentially what he wants is not equal treatment but rather special treatment. And how exactly would one more year allow him to find a helmet when he and his agent Drew Rosenhaus claim they have been trying for months to work with the league and in so doing have tried out some 15 helmets? Would another year change that? Not likely.
