Redskins visit the Vikings
The Redskins got shutout by the San Francisco 49ers at home last week. They are now 1-6 for the season, and interim Head Coach Bill Callahan is 1-1. Washington has a short week, and travels to Minnesota to face Kirk Cousins and the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday Night Football.
The Redskins continue to deal with injuries this week. Vernon Davis remains in the concussion protocol and the inactive list. Chris Thompson has also been ruled out again with turf toe. Rookie guard Wes Martin remains out with a chest injury. Backups/special teamers Josh Harvery-Clemons(hamstring) and Deshazor Everrett(ankle) are also out vs the Vikings. Josh Norman and Montae Nicholson haven’t practiced all week, and are listed as questionable today. Steven Sims Jr. showed up on the report after injuring his toe on Tuesday, and Adrian Peterson is dealing with an ankle injury.
