Bears, Bengals among betting favorites to land QB Cam Newton

There’s a good chance that former MVP Cam Newton has played his final game as a member of the Carolina Panthers. Currently on injured reserve with a Lisfranc foot injury, Newton has regressed in recent seasons. Meanwhile, Carolina has been having some success with second-year, undrafted free-agent QB Kyle Allen. As Newton reaches the end of his time in Carolina, betting odds are coming out as to where he might land next season.  The Chicago Bears top that list. Let’s run down these options.
