The Jets take down the in-town rival Giants 34-27 in the battle for the Meadowlands. With a slew of injuries, the Jets tough out a hard fought game to improve to 2-7 on the year. Jamal Adams was dominant and the defense held Saquon Barkley to 1 yard on 13 carries. The offense was far from perfect but Sam Darnold manufactured 2 scores and didn’t turn the ball over. Even Trevon Wesco and Nathan Shepherd showed up for this one and gave the Jets something to cheer for. The Jets will look to build on this performance next week against the beatable Redskins.
