Minnesota Vikings at Dallas Cowboys: ALL THE COVERAGE~!

NFL: Minnesota Vikings at Kansas City Chiefs Jay Biggerstaff-USA TODAY Sports

How can you follow all of the action?

We are now, officially, less than twenty-four hours away from kickoff at AT&T Stadium between the Minnesota Vikings and the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football. As always, we want as many people as possible to be able to keep track of all the action through whichever medium they wish, so we’re going to put all of that information in one convenient place for you.

Television Info

For the first time this season, we’ll have to wait all day for Sunday Night. That means that kickoff will not be at noon Central time, but rather at 7:20 PM Central time on Sunday night. The game will be broadcast on NBC from coast-to-coast and border-to-border, and that means in the Twin Cities you’ll be putting the television on KARE-11.

Map? Ain’t no map for this one. Seriously, it’s on NBC.

If you’re watching this one from the United Kingdom, this game will be shown live on Sky Sports Action. It’s going to be a late night for you, as kickoff is scheduled for 1:20 AM Monday morning British time.

For our men and women in uniform overseas, this game will be shown live on the American Forces Network, specifically on AFN Sports. Coverage starts at 0100Z on Monday, and that translates to 0200L on Monday for viewers in Central Europe, 0530L on Monday for fans in Afghanistan, and 1000L on Monday for everyone in Japan and Korea.

Radio Info

If you’re going to be traveling, if you simply prefer radio to television, or if you’d like to try to sync the radio feed up with the television broadcast, you can find a Vikings Radio Network affiliate in your area. Just click on the link to find the full list of partners across the Midwest.

If you prefer satellite radio, or if you’re too far outside of the Vikings Radio Network area to get the game there, you can tune to Sirius Channel 81 or XM Channel 225 to get the feed from the Vikings Radio Network. The national feed from Westwood One will also be available on SiriusXM NFL Radio, Channel 88 on both dials. If you’ll be using the SiriusXM online app, the Vikings’ permanent home there is Channel 819.

Referee Info

The good folks at Football Zebras inform us that the officiating crew for Sunday night’s contest will be led by Son of Gun Show, Shawn Hochuli. This is the younger Hochuli’s second season as an NFL head referee, and the first time he’s worked a game involving the Vikings in that capacity.

Weather Info

Obviously, the game itself isn’t going to be affected by the weather, but if you’re in the Dallas area and planning on doing anything beforehand, it should be a nice day for it, according to our friends at WeatherNation. There’s no chance of precipitation in the forecast, and temperatures are going to get up into the low 70s with a slight breeze. I believe this is what Texas refers to as “winter,” so enjoy it if you’re down there.

Streaming Info

Because this is a Sunday Night Football contest on NBC, the game will be streamed via NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app.

You can also check out Fubo.tv for over 100 channels of live, streaming sports. They also have a free seven-day trial so that you can check out the service for yourself.

The other legal streaming alternative is NFL GamePass.

As always, we won’t be tolerating links to illegal streaming sites here at The Daily Norseman. Don’t post them or even hint at them. If you want an illegal stream that badly, do the search for it yourself. . .somewhere else.

That should be everything you need to keep track of all the action from AT&T Stadium on Thursday night when your Minnesota Vikings battle the Washington Redskins on Sunday Night Football. We hope to see a bunch of you here for the Game Threads as well, with the first one coming up on the site just before 6:30 PM Central time.
