College Football Conference Championship Schedule: Who makes the 2020 CFP?

The playoff spots will be decided over the next 24-plus hours.

The final weekend of the college football season has finally arrived. Conference championship week is here, as the ten conferences in the FBS will crown their champions. Along with those results, the conference championship games will define the playoff teams for this year’s College Football Playoff.

Ohio State and LSU might be in even with competitive losses in the Big Ten and SEC games, respectively. Their dominating, undefeated seasons make it tough to keep them out even with a single loss, so look for both of those two teams to make it into the semis.

Of course, Wisconsin and Georgia will look to play spoilers in those two contests, with Georgia locked into a playoff spot themselves with a win. If #4 Georgia loses, that would open up a spot for #5 Utah or #6 Oklahoma, should either of those two teams win their games in the Pac-12 and Big XII games, respectively.

Tune in for this year’s championship games, starting with the Pac-12 on Friday night and concluding with Ohio State-Wisconsin on Saturday evening.
