Good Morning!
What’s on your schedule this weekend? We’re celebrating Thanksgiving....yes I can read a calendar, I was working last week and we as a family decided to celebrate today. I’m making my World Famous Dressing (it’s not world famous, we just call it that) I’ll post the recipe in the comments section. We also decided to not cook a turkey this year, we’re going to smoke a pork butt using the snake method linky. Reminder if you’re looking for sauces, marinades or rubs I recommend Admiral Big Gun Tailgate Master. Meanwhile, let’s carry on with our news and links open thread full of beer recommendations, nap strategies, crock pot and smoker recipes. Drop by for some fan wisdom, snark and enjoy the weekend, you have to go back to work on Monday, unless you’re me.
