In a crucial Week 14 matchup, the Rams need health on their side.
The Los Angeles Rams (7-5) will play host to the Seattle Seahawks (10-2) in a Sunday Night Football showdown in Week 14. This is easily the most important game of the season for the Rams, as a loss most likely spells the end of any postseason aspirations.
Both teams held walk-thru practice sessions on Wednesday, but were back on the field operating at full speed today.
Here’s the Thursday injury report for the Rams:
As it has been all season, there’s nothing to be alarmed about with the absence of left tackle Andrew Whitworth, as the man who turns 38 years old this time next week was just getting some much-deserved rest yesterday. Things do appear to be trending in the right direction for right tackle Rob Havenstein and defensive back Darious Williams, both of whom got in limited work this afternoon.
TE Gerald Everett sat this one out, further putting his status for this weekend in question. Everett had a huge game against Seattle earlier this season, hauling in 7 catches for 136 yards. The Rams would sure appreciate having him healthy, so his status is something to monitor on Friday.
As for the Seahawks:
Positive signs for the Seahawks, starters Mike Iupati and Jacob Hollister returned to action in full today while offensive tackle Duane Brown got in limited work. Several others remained sidelined and their status, along with those earning “Limited” designations will be something to monitor as we head towards the weekend.
