Damn you, Lord Cousins.
Big one tonight between the Minnesota Vikings and the Seattle Seahawks in the Pacific Northwest tonight.
With the Vikings at 8-3 and the Seahawks at 9-2, Los Angeles Rams fans will be hoping Seattle holds firm tonight as uncomfortable as it may be to hope for a Seahawks win. The bottom line though is a loss for Minnesota would bring them down to 8-4 and just a game beyond the 7-5 Rams.
Both are fine teams, but the Seahawks’ defense hasn’t been spectacular this year. It could be a night where QB Russell Wilson and the Seattle offense needs to carry the day against a very good Minnesota defense. As for that Vikings offense, it’s certainly improved from their early season performances, but since their appearance on Thursday Night Football in Week 8 against the Washington Thursday Night Football Players, the Vikings’ highest scoring output was just 28 points in the Week 10 game against the Dallas Cowboys. So even coming out of the bye, there’s reason to be skeptical of QB Kirk Cousins who is 0-7 on Monday Night Football.
So maybe not cheer for the Seahawks...but cheer against the Vikings tonight.
