Here’s a look at the Divisional Round matchups, dates, and times.
And then there were eight.
The 2020 NFL Wild Card round is through, and it was an eventful weekend. The New England Patriots were finally downed in the first round of the playoffs for the first time in a decade. We saw two overtime games decide which team moves on. And we saw one of the greatest plays of the year with Deshaun Watson’s thrilling, game-winning play.
The wheat has been separated from the chaff, and we’re left with eight true contenders for the Lombardi Trophy. If the Divisional Rounds are anything like the Wild Card games, we’re in for some entertaining football... even if there are only seven games left in the 2019 season.
On Saturday, we kick things off with the Vikings vs. the 49ers—a matchup of two teams built on a defensive foundations. However, both teams have been especially efficient on offense, too, creating well-rounded, tough-to-beat teams.
Then it’s on to Baltimore, where Lamar Jackson has the center stage in his second career playoff game. He’ll have to face off against the Titans, who just took down a titan in the Patriots.
Then on Sunday, it’s Mahomes vs. Watson in a game between two of the most electric playmakers the NFL has to offer. And things close out with the Seahawks traveling to Lambeau for another epic battle between Russell Wilson and Aaron Rodgers.
