For those asking, here is the new grading scale for the https://t.co/WkwvOlJ7Sm draft profiles. I worked with @MoveTheSticks to fine-tune this as it is a scale DJ uses and is used by some NFL teams. It more accurately reflects/conveys a player's future potential in my opinion. pic.twitter.com/qXBJoV40bd

What’s odd? It’s just numbers. No different than the randomness than skipping the E and using F
— Lance Zierlein (@LanceZierlein) February 9, 2020
There is a 100% chance that player comps matter more to you than they do to me. It can be fun looking for one, but nobody is every happy with them and it's impossible to explain the rationale since it varies from prospect to prospect. I'd just rather be accurate w/ the profile.
— Lance Zierlein (@LanceZierlein) February 9, 2020
Not really. They are who they are. You can find similarities in playing styles, but the only comps that really matter to teams are height, weight, length, speed, explosiveness, strength. Those standards are comps, but players just give you an idea in your head.

lol! None. Closest to his size, athletic ability, etc. is the kid from UCLA
— Lance Zierlein (@LanceZierlein) February 9, 2020
Oh, if that were possible!

One of my favorite mid round WR’s- Boise State’s John Hightower. Smooth, fluid route runner with a 2nd gear and KOR value. This WR class is ridiculous. https://t.co/qyyRPkufKD

Dan Snyder lobbying for sports betting in Virginia https://t.co/LCPivOpymY
— ProFootballTalk (@ProFootballTalk) February 9, 2020
Neither state currently offers sports betting, but in Virginia two bills are up for a full chamber vote Monday that would guarantee the Redskins a sports betting permit if it wanted to pursue one

Man, the Super Bowl hasn't even aged 7 full days yet, and we're already into the zero-substance-mega-non-report-disguised-as-report portion of the offseason. https://t.co/gnYVLOREwZ

Brady is the unquestioned GOAT, but comparing him to Mahomes right now is a waste of time.
— Matt Verderame (@MattVerderame) February 9, 2020
In Brady's first three years as a starter (01-03): 10,227 yards and 69 TDs.
In Mahomes' first three years: 9,412 yards and 74 TDs.
This includes him on the bench as a rookie. https://t.co/6AbfaS6uCR
