7-round mock: Chargers find their OT to develop on day 2

Perusing the internet this week, I came across this 7-round Chargers mock draft by YouTube user C4. I found it to be pretty informative and makes some sense for LA’s needs, hitting a much-done first round pick for the Chargers with QB Justin Herbert and then spending six of seven picks on offense.

I also like these Madden mockups of the offense and defense:

Good or bad, this draft probably doesn’t include a single 2020 starter if the Chargers went this route. Of course, I expect rookies to contribute even less than normal next season so maybe that’s not a bad thing.

Here’s the mock he did and I’ve included a link about each player except for Herbert, who has been talked about plenty of times. If LA doesn’t go with an offensive lineman early, C4 has them taking UW’s Trey Adams in round three, an offensive tackle who was once considered an elite prospect at his position. That is not the case anymore, which will make him a solid value pick for some and a waste of a round three pick to others.
