Aren’t these very, very bad attributes for a QB to have? Especially one you want to be the face and leader of your franchise? Yeesh. I might soon be on team #DraftTua https://t.co/KHCqUz8pbV

Chris Cooley and DeAngelo Hall both know Dwayne well. This is not speculation. It’s honesty.

The #Bills signed OT Daryl Williams to a one-year, $2.25 million deal that includes just $250K guaranteed. Max $2.5M with incentives. Low-risk move by Buffalo brass, which knows Williams well and plans to move him back to his natural spot on right side.

Here is an example of how the coronavirus has forced teams and new free agents to compromise on contract language when physicals can’t be done immediately. It has allowed players (like #Bengal DT DJ Reader) to finalize their deals pic.twitter.com/VslMTUZnhB
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) April 3, 2020
The #Bengals have officially signed free agent DT DJ Reader, source said. It took a while, but it just happened. He accepted additional language that many clubs have inserted. He gets $53M over 4 years with a large sum of $22.25M in Year 1 and $31.75M over first 2 years.

Germain Ifedi’s one-year deal with the Bears if for the veteran salary benefit: $137,500 to sign, a $910,000 base salary with a cap number of $887,500. A wise value add for the Bears for a 25-year old that has started 60 games already.

Also fwiw, Clowney and Myles Garrett have the same agent (Bus Cook)...

This isn't new. I think I reported this like three weeks ago and I probably wasn't the first. Heard this week the connection remains. Giants need OT and that seems to fit Gettleman's approach, but passing on Simmons if available would be quite the bold move. https://t.co/WF62azEPjz

Watching Harrison Bryant. Some notes I’ve got so far. More of a big slot than a TE, maybe some H-Back potential? Can move around and line up all over the place. But I think he needs that movement to create match ups he can win consistently.
— Mark Bullock (@MarkBullockNFL) April 4, 2020
By using him in that way, they can align him almost like a traditional TE and not tip run/pass info. Same formation, flipped to the left. Nice job by Bryant elevating on his crosser here to go up and reach over the sinking defender. Just couldn’t quite hold on, but good effort pic.twitter.com/ElXEP7ETuU
— Mark Bullock (@MarkBullockNFL) April 4, 2020
One more example of being a “get in the way” run blocker. Hunter aligns to the left of the formation here, ball is run to the right. He just has to get in front of the back side edge defender and cut him off. pic.twitter.com/GgZe4KyOXx

Really like this 2020 safety class - Winfield, McKinney, Davis, Wallace, Blackmon, Delpit...all with diverse multi-positional skills sets. Exactly what’s needed on today’s #NFL #NFLDraft
— Louis Riddick (@LRiddickESPN) April 4, 2020
I LOVE Terrell Lewis' potential. If he can stay healthy, the former Alabama edge rusher may end up the best edge rusher in this year's draft.

Yeah, I said it. https://t.co/l52wpJyhov
What should Bengals do with first overall pick? Three analysts say they shouldn't pick QB Joe Burrowhttps://t.co/yh3TMBKtDv pic.twitter.com/7aSbmsV6Iw
— Around The NFL (@AroundTheNFL) April 4, 2020
Should the Redskins & Giants consider drafting a QB like Tua Tagovailoa with the 2nd or 4th overall pick, despite using 1st rounders on Jones & Haskins last draft?
— Nick Korte (@nickkorte) April 4, 2020
Judging by the excellent DYAR & DVOA stats from @fboutsiders, perhaps the answer is yes.https://t.co/7PVkteeZii
It also sheds some light on Jimmy Johnson's decision to use his 1990 1st rounder in the 1989 supplemental draft on Steve Walsh, despite taking Troy Aikman in the regular 1989 NFL Draft.
— Nick Korte (@nickkorte) April 4, 2020
I'm now eager to read and learn more about that decision.
“Not having an opportunity to showcase my talents on a pro day... feels like an opportunity is snatched away.” “Before, they were trying to figure out why I’m in Div II...it takes a pro day.” https://t.co/uxj2rLBTko
— John Keim (@john_keim) April 4, 2020
Reminder that the 49ers have two 1st round picks in a relatively strong QB class, and Jimmy Garoppolo's contract only carries a 2.8 million dollar dead cap hit if they cut him after 2020.
— Brett Kollmann (@BrettKollmann) April 4, 2020
If there's anyone that could get the most out of Jordan Love or Justin Herbert, it's Kyle.
I've made a slight tweak to OTC's free agency page that now indicates whether a player signed an extension, was franchise or transition tagged, or was acquired by trade. Hopefully that will provide more accurate information as you peruse the list.https://t.co/1cV9aosH5Y

[Cont] NFL front office source also told me, if conduct Draft at facility--they're concerned they could spread COVID-19 at home. They added, NFL people are not immune. While he admitted doing draft from home will be difficult, firmly said decision-makers should not get together. https://t.co/WbC9xNLNBO

Donald Trump also told commissioners that he hopes to have fans back in stadiums and arenas by August and September, sources said, though it is currently unclear if medical experts find that to be a realistic timeline amid the current coronavirus pandemic. https://t.co/EFqDryGlTQ
— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) April 4, 2020
Asked about August/September being a realistic timeframe for a return to live sports, Trump says “I’m not committing to it” but says it would be great if we could be back by then. Acknowledges it’ll depend on what the data says.
