The Lions and other pro Detroit teams are working with the governor to call on volunteers to come to Michigan to help in the fight against COVID-19.
Detroit pro sports teams, including the Detroit Lions, have partnered with the governor to send out the call for medical volunteers to come to Michigan to help in the fight against COVID-19.
“I am grateful for the health care professionals who are on the front lines of this pandemic every single day, but these brave men and women can’t do it alone,” Gov. Gretchen Whitmer said in a release.
