We all knew this was coming, but hearing those official words be said that the Bengals select Joe Burrow with the first overall pick, took any shrivel of a doubt out of it all. It also is just a rejuvenating feeling for fans to hear your franchise make a move to add one of the best quarterback prospects in years. So there is no surprise that fans flocked to twitter to share their excitement over the selection.

Cincinnati fans are happy, and there is no reason to hide it. We’ve all endured countless narratives about how this wasn’t going to happen, and now we get the sweet payoff of it coming to fruition.
