We’ve reached the peak of this slow off-season week
Happy Hump Day, everyone!
We are definitely in an unprecedented slow cycle for NFL-related news and discussion. So, to generate some meaningful dialogue, I’ll throw out a few talking points, and let you take them and run with them in the comments.
- If you had to live with only one of the two, would you choose to have a smoker or a grill?
- Your favorite food to cook on the smoker
- Any favorite recipes that you have for a homemade rub or brine
- What’s worse, banned topics or people who can’t have a civil discussion?
- Why DO birds suddenly appear?

According to Pro Football Focus, the Vikings’ most underrated player is Danielle Hunter, story by Chris.
Other Vikings/NFL news, and random oddities and annoyances:
DT Timmy Jernigan will not be signing with the Texans, as was previously expected, and will remain a free agent, per NFL.com.
From NFL.com, all 32 NFL teams will hold training camps at their team’s facilities, and there will be no joint practices. Teams will only be granted an exception “if they can show to the NFL-NFLPA medical task force that it would not be feasible to conduct at their team facility”.
