The offseason is in full-swing for the Cincinnati Bengals, as their coaching staff is heading up one of the squads at the 2020 Senior Bowl. While down south, our own John Sheeran caught up with Bengals Director of Player Personnel, Duke Tobin, to ask him about some draft strategies to be used this April.
