Chicago Bears Injury Report: Robert Quinn is back at practice

NFL: Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions Trust us, this is Robert Quinn. | Raj Mehta-USA TODAY Sports

After an NFL week one that saw several injuries around the league, many of which landing players on injured reserve, it was good to see the Chicago Bears come out unscathed.

In fact, their injury report is cleaner now than it was before the game.

The Bears only had two players on today’s list with injuries, as outside linebackers Khalil Mack (knee) and Robert Quinn (ankle) were both limited at practice. Quinn was held out of practice all last week, and he ultimately was inactive for the Lions game, so it’s a good sign to see him back on the field at Halas Hall.

Mack was also limited a week ago, but that didn’t keep him from playing on Sunday, so if all goes well this week we should see Chicago's dynamic edge rushing tandem play against the New York Giants.

Tight end Jimmy Graham and wide receiver Ted Ginn Jr. each had a veteran rest day today for the Bears.

The Giants had three players on their Wednesday practice report with linebacker Carter Coughlin (hamstring) sitting out, wide out Golden Tate (hamstring) limited, and linebacker Tae Crowder (hamstring) a full participant.
